TERMS & CONDITIONS
Subject to the terms and conditions herein, this unit’s warranty is for 12 months against defective parts and manufacturing faults. *The Warranty excludes cosmetics, transportation and servicing.
This unit’s compressor carries a warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
This warranty is only valid if all particulars are completed and registered within 14 days from the date of purchase to AIRLEO.
- The serial number is removed, altered or defaced.
- Any unauthorised repairs, alteration or modifications carried out on the unit.
- The unit has been used for commercial purposes or it has been rented/leased or on loan to other users.
- Any amendments and alterations to this warranty.
- Defect or failure due to accident, misuse, act of God, tampering or abuse.
- Defect or failure due to improper/incorrect installation, installation to incorrect power supply and usage not in accordance with the operating instructions.
- Normal wear and tear corrosion, rust, stains or scratches.
- External parts such as outer case of AIRLEO, electrical parts, cable and other detachable parts or accessories.
- Labour charges for servicing/replacement of indicated specific spare parts.
- $50 transportation fee for transporting the unit to and from the service centre. (Should customer opt not to carry in)
- $30 checking fee for products purchased more than 12 months.
IMPORTANT: Purchase receipt and warranty card must be produced upon request, and parts such as failed uses in plugs, which require routine replacement are excluded from the warranty.
This warranty is only valid if all particulars are completed and registered within 14 days from the date of purchase.
